Can I reapply for a Pro account?
Yes, you can re-apply though the My Account page on Hellyhansen.com when you are logged in or click on the link provided on the email reminder that was sent in the last month before the expiry date.
My order is not showing in my account?
If you did not create an account and login before shopping and ordered as a guest, you will not be able to see your order history or track the shipment online. We are unable to add guest orders to an existing account, but you can still track the delivery via the shipping confirmation email we sent.
How do I sign up for a Pro account?
We welcome outdoor industry professionals like Guides, Patrollers, Sailors, Resort Partners, and Search & Rescue among others to apply to join our Pro Program. Am I eligible for your Discount Program?
If you are a First Responder, a Healthcare Worker or a Military Service Person, we offer a discount member program. To find out more information and to apply, please use the links to our member programs that can be found in the footer of our homepage.

What professions can sign up for a Pro account?
A full classification listing can be seen when you sign up here: https://www.hellyhansen.com/customer/account/create/type/pro/ - If your profession is not listed then please do not apply at this time. Please note, we have created separate discount programs for Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighter, First Responder and Healthcare, as they are no longer a part of our Pro program. More information can be found in the footer of our website under Member Programs.
What kind of document do I need to upload to apply for a Pro account?
We ask that you upload any documentation that confirms the following: Your name, the business you work for and shows the current date and that this matches the classification you are applying for. I have a Pro account, can I buy for my family & friends?
We are sorry but a Pro account can only be used to buy products for the Pro member. We do occasionally have Friends and Family promotions so please ensure you are signed up for newsletters to ensure you hear about these when they happen.
How long does the Pro account last for?
A Pro account expires after One Year. You will be reminded of the expiry time and requested to re-apply to continue the membership.
I cannot sign in to my account, how can I reset my password?
Please use the Forgot Your Password link found on the Sign In page to reset your password and try again. This will send out an email with a password reset link to your email address. A locked account can take 30 minutes to clear. If you do not receive this email, it's possible you do not have an online account with us and will be able to create a new one. Some email servers push system automated emails into your spam/junk folders so please check there. Please also check you are inputting the correct email address. If you are still not getting any reset email and do have an online account with us, please connect with Customer Care for further assistance.
