The Helly Hansen First Responder Discount Program is a membership program for all active duty First Responders, Firefighters and Law Enforcement personnel. Membership is by application, not guaranteed and can be revoked or changed at any time. Thoroughly reading the application guidelines and submitting qualified Proof of Eligibility will ensure no unnecessary delays. Qualifications may change due to company needs, market concerns or industry changes. If approved, you will receive a 1-year membership to shop online at Helly Hansen or Helly Hansen Workwear at a generous discount.

Please use an email address you have full access to. If you are unable to verify your email address, we are unable to approve your application. Applications are usually evaluated within 48 business hours, but may take longer. During this time, please do not call or email to ask the status of your application. We process applications as they come in. The more emails and calls we receive, the longer it takes to process your application. Upon submission, you will receive a series of emails confirming your account and receipt of your application. After your application has been evaluated, you will receive either an Approval or Rejection email.

Proof of eligibility must contain your name & current date (please black out other sensitive information). Accepted forms of supporting documentation include:

Official Photo ID card containing name, occupation and expire date.

Paystub dated within 30-days of the application date.

Dated verification letter from employer within 30-days of the application date.

Live profile or bio in a company website clearly showing all required details.
